Nice mall with a good selection of shops and restaurants. It is a very convenient location next to the train and bus stops.

Not much to do here. Pretty boring

The location is good..that it is located at Kagoshima-chuo...there are two building and there are many kinds of shops e.g. Urban Research, Niko and...on 1/F, Muji,Uniqlo and a supermarket Shiroyama on B1, Restaurants are on 5/F, Tokyu hands on the 4,5,6/F , it is very big and all,kjnds of goods available...Kiddyland and Pokemon Shop are on the 4/F. Bags and shoes e.g Diana and Sac's bar on the ground floor..Godiva is also on the ground floor...there is big sale in Jul...and up to 80%discount for goods...many shops are tax free...the mall is open at 10 am and closed at 9pm....the night view of ferris wheel is beautiful...

Awesome place. Great atmosphere for shopping and dining. An awesome ferris wheel with a view of the whole city that is only 500 yen to ride!

I paid a visit to this Amu Plaza mainly because I had to use a ¥5000 coupon of GAP’s. The GAP store there was pretty awesome indeed.

Fantastic selection of restaurants, reasonably priced and using largely local fresh ingredients. We enjoyed watching a movie in an IMAX theatre - four stars for that because the screen was big but not as big as expected.

Amu. What's not to like. Massive department store with every type of store including a music store and bookshop, cinema, foreign food shop in the basement, food court and a big wheel to top it all off.

Big shopping mall. Well organized

The bottom floor called the garden has a supermarket (cheap prices) compared to other cities, lots of different food stalls selling savoury and desserts. The other floors are all shopping related. Also has a big electronics store in there. The complex is comnected to the kagoshima train station so it's very convenient if staying closeby.

Beautiful building, with a nice ferris wheel. It has a variety of stores, including a huge Uniqlo store and a huge Muji store at the basement. It also has a Pokemon Centre at the top floor. The lights placed up during winter gives off a calm and relaxing atmosphere

Focal point in Kagoshima. Big variety of upscale shops with a gaming arcade and cinema on the top floor. The ferris wheel is also open to visitors.

Clean, well-kept shopping mall. The large ground floor plaza hosts many events and local entrepreneurs. Connected to Kagoshima Chuo Station. Excellent travel hub!! Food court is limited spacing due to loiterers and/or prime dining times. Prices are high for my taste.

Bit confusing when it comes to shop layout. Otherwise a nice place.

Big modern shopping mall at Kagoshima Chuo station with many shops,restaurants.movie theater and a ferris wheel on the roof.Decent food court in the basement.

A mall's a mall... But this one, at least, easily accesses central Kagoshima and its public transport, which can take you to more interesting sights around the city!

I got some delicious products in this store that I cannot see not buy in any other prefectures.

A small shopping plaza but full of all kinds of shop and restaurants that meet your need! Located right next to the Kagoshima Station, it's also highly recommended for tourists.

It’s a nice place to hang around while you’re in Kagoshima. You can shop, eat at the restaurants and also relax at the community square behind the building.

Close to the train station. As a visitor, this is a convenience place. Plenty of shops and restaurants here.

Some of the best places to eat. Really affordable for the quality of food you get. Has a cinema house worth visiting

Great mall. Connected to Chuou Eki, which means the bullet train and local train services. Cinema and Ferris wheel on the top floor, a book shop, music instrument store. In the basement there's a food hall and a shop selling foreign food which also hands out free coffee. What's not to like?

It's a good, generic shopping center owned by the railway company (so guaranteed to make money due to it being next to the train station) and sucking the city dry. All business is going to there, all those profits are leaving the prefecture. Go to some local shops (Tenmonkan, Takamababi, anywhere) and help keep the city atmosphere in the city.

Huge. Lots of items and food choices. Great to spend your time on a rainy day.

Your general shopping mall with all the shops. Basement area includes a food court and other food vendors (excellent sweets), also a good bakery and several restaurants (sushi, noodles, etc.) Upper floor has pricier restaurants, good Indian food, Chinese food, and an excellent steak restaurant (Steak and Beer). Top floor has movie theater, ferris wheel, game center, and more restaurants.

There are lots of shopping choices and it is easy to get to. The AMU free WiFi is terrible though. The coverage is really limited and unreliable.

I enjoyed the big shopping mall here. I went to GAP and Kaldi shop. The place is very convenient to buy many things.

Nice building, many stores and food court. Enjoy the ferris wheel on the roof. Not much variety in stores though.
